Vinyasa Flow Sequence

This week I had the pleasure of subbing for some extra classes during the Thanksgiving holiday.  It has been amazing to sequence almost daily for the extra upcoming classes.  I went through some of my past sequences and used what I thought worked best and combined them into a best of vinyasa flow sequence.  One of those is pictured above.  One really favorite posture of the week was moving in cat/cow from a runners lunge.  Practice towards the end when you are moving toward your pigeon postures and it combines a great hip opener with a soothing stretch through the upper back and shoulders.
